Application of HAIIA (Hierarchical All-Against-All Association) on BRIC20. It employs Spearman correlation to analyze correlations between samples, helping identify those with similar microbial profiles.

After the relative abundance analysis, I plan to perform Alpha and Beta diversity analyses.
