OSD_37 update

Analyses can be conducted using both trimming files and BAM files. We have tried to ensure the accuracy of the results by applying both of these analysis methods, and our comparisons have shown that both methodologies provide consistent results. In our previous communication, I mentioned the comparison between the MetaPhlAN and SILVA databases and the testing of tools capable of identifying fungal communities. Since MetaPhlAN has successfully performed both functions, I would like to indicate that these analyses can be carried out using MetaPhlAN.

Overall, we observed that Ralstonia pickettii showed high abundance in all samples; it is particularly noticeable in the Cvi-0 sample with a 100% ratio.
